How to enable Top Bar

Step 1: First, you need to go to Appearance from your admin dashboard then click Customize.

Step 2: Then hit Top Bar > Visibility.

Step 3: Choose Enable or Disable the Top bar

Step 4: Do not forget to hit Publish.
