First, you need to go to Appearance > Customize > Color. These are parts that have color options:
1- Site: Primary, Secondary, Background, Text color
2- Header: Background, Text color
3- Page: Background color
4- Footer: Background, Text, Link color
5- Social icons
6- Search: Button color
7- Navigation: Background, Link, Submenu color
8- Button: Background, Border, Text color
9- Copyright: Background, Text, Link color
