First, you need to go to Appearancce>> Customize. These are parts that have color options:
1- Header > Top Bar, Header Appearance, Search, Wishlist, Shopping Cart
2- Page Title
3- Navigation > Main Menu
4- Footer
5- Style > Colors
6- Colors
